How much does delivery cost?
Flower delivery is £17.99 to England, Wales and parts of Scotland on week days. Delivery on a Saturday to these locations is £27.99. Delivery to Northern Ireland is £37.99.
How long does delivery take?
Flower deliveries operate in a different way to normal deliveries. As they are fresh produce, you choose your delivery day when placing your order so you know when they are going to arrive. All sundry items will be added on to your flower order so they are delivered together however if you are ordering sundries alone (eg without flowers) these will be delivered in accordance of out standard delivery schedule which is 3-5 working days.
How will I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an email to confirm your order has been processed.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a conformation email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
What do I do if nobody is home at the time of delivery?
It is vital that someone is present to take delivery of your flower order. We use an external courier company to deliver all orders and a signature is required. If you know nobody will be at home, let us know in plenty of time before the order is dispatched and we can change the delivery address.
If nobody is at the address to take delivery, the flowers will not be left under any circumstances. It will be the responsibility of the customer to then arrange either another delivery or collecting the order.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for any of our products.* You can order one bunch or one thousand bunches - you really can order as much or as little as you would like.
*Please note when ordering flowers that they all come in bunches. Eg. Roses come in bunches of 20 stems so you would need to order 20. We cannot split bunches.
When should I order my flowers?
Flowers must be ordered online four days in advance but can be ordered up to two weeks in advance of the day you want them to be delivered. If you want to order further in advance of this please use our quote form and we will be happy to provide you with the information you require and proceed with your order.
How do I condition my flowers once they have arrived?
Upon receipt of your flowers, unpack immediately and remove all packaging. Then remove the lower leaves of flowers and cut the stems at an angle. Place in water and store away from radiators, drafts or direct sunlight. You can read our blog post about caring for your flowers by clicking here.
Why are the flower prices different from yesterday?
Flower prices change on a very regular basis. It is the nature of the business and as the flowers are coming from the auctions in Holland, it is important we keep costs accurate.

Payment must be made when you place your order.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made securely online by using a debit/credit card.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
No, the prices on the website exclude VAT. This is added to your order at a later stage of the ordering process.
